This Privacy Policy explains how ClearVoyant LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Bull & Gavel (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We share limited information only with the processors needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Alert emails are sent only for watchlists/settings you choose. You can stop them at any time by turning off alerts in your watchlist or unsubscribing. We may send essential account or billing notices that are not promotional.
We retain account and watchlist data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see below). Some records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account, contact info@clearvoyantllc.com. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for authentication, payments, hosting, and email. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy; we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
