These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bull & Gavel (the "Service"), operated by ClearVoyant LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Bull & Gavel aggregates and presents information drawn from public government and regulatory disclosures, along with derived analytics, summaries, and optional email alerts. The Service is informational only. As described in our Disclaimer, it is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and we make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
Some features require an account, which is created and authenticated through our third-party identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Certain features ("Pro") require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing intervals (for example, a monthly or annual plan) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes; we do not store your full payment card details.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as expressly permitted; (b) reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; (d) overload or abuse our infrastructure or send excessive automated requests; or (e) misrepresent the Service's output as personalized financial advice. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original analytics, is owned by ClearVoyant LLC and protected by applicable laws. Underlying public records are not owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearVoyant LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearVoyant LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
